Shipping

Please be advised that all orders are handled in 1-3 days, We provide USPS standard shipping. Normally will spend 3-5 day for US domestic orders. We also provide DHL Express shipping which will be delivered in 4-6 days after shipping. If you are not home at time of delivery, a notice will be left to arrange a second delivery attempt, otherwise you will have 15 days to retrieve the package at your local Post Office before it is mailed back to us. For our Canadian and foreign customers we have recently updated our shipping rate system to give you the absolute lowest rate on shipping possible.

International Customers

Please ensure your billing and shipping addresses match. We DO NOT accept international Credit Cards for domestic orders. We are not able to provide destination country tax and duty charge if occurred. We do not ship to Canada or other destinations outside the U.S. if orders include perfume and fragrance.

Return Policy

All listings are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of any merchandise you receive or the item was not as described, we will gladly refund your payment in full for those pieces returned within 30 days of delivery, but we reserve the right to refund shipping and handling charges for any other reason. Non-defective item returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. To speed up the process, make sure you provide our customer service with your order number and return ID (RMA). Please keep in mind that, for orders below 100 USD, our administrative office will only refund the value of the products. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
